Pros

Such an easy and relaxing environment.

Cons

No one looks interested in improving the process. Just following the HQ’s instructions is all they do. Not a good place to learn things.

Pretty bad

Pros

Get autonomy since it’s a new company and you get to design the processes. Let’s be honest, qcells is just a stopping point in a career so if you have that mentality before you move to the next job its fine

Cons

Lots of red tape, upper management is really bad

Not worth the pay for the hassle.

Pros

The place looks cool inside.

Cons

Many of the Koreans are racist. Especially the higher-ups. They promise to hire you on, but never do. The drive is not worth the pay. High turnover rate. You DO NOT get to sit down unless you are on break.
