Pros

Some good colleagues Nothing else

Cons

Management is very bad. The supervisor cannot give reasonable or clear instructions. Management often yells at employees for no reason and takes his anger out on them. You cannot ask any questions about the instructions. Asking questions is equivalent to not following the instructions and you will be given a warning. Almost all the instructions given are unreasonable and do not help production capacity. It is just a waste of time doing same work over and over. The supervisor always gives unrealistic and urgent instructions, and the tasks are changed every day and cannot be questioned. The coordination between departments is almost zero, and we are always paying for the mistakes made by others on the machines. Above all that, working overtime cannot get the alternative day off all the time, (once was even forced to work 24 hours) pay is very unsatisfying
