Pros

Good benefit and surround with good colleagues.Cost of living in Dalton is cheap. You will learn a lot from the company if you have a thick skin.

Cons

80% of the office employee are Koreans and they mostly speak in Korean on the job. They are favoritism towards their group. They have very high expectation , expect you to learn fast and can work under a lot of pressure. No plan for raising the salary for non-engineering job . No career growth within the company if you are not Korean.

Pros

- alright pay - great team members

Cons

- horrible management - a lot of mind games (a lot of manipulative and passive-aggressive behavior) - Sometimes you will hear the souls of the high turnover rate trying to warn you - Most people are always lost and are difficult to work with - No growth, you will be expected to stay where you are - Don't bother reporting anything... nothing will change, just get a new job

TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

Pros

Some good colleagues Nothing else

Cons

Management is very bad. The supervisor cannot give reasonable or clear instructions. Management often yells at employees for no reason and takes his anger out on them. You cannot ask any questions about the instructions. Asking questions is equivalent to not following the instructions and you will be given a warning. Almost all the instructions given are unreasonable and do not help production capacity. It is just a waste of time doing same work over and over. The supervisor always gives unrealistic and urgent instructions, and the tasks are changed every day and cannot be questioned. The coordination between departments is almost zero, and we are always paying for the mistakes made by others on the machines. Above all that, working overtime cannot get the alternative day off all the time, (once was even forced to work 24 hours) pay is very unsatisfying
