      Slow paced...Do what your told....and sit doing nothing most the time.

      Cons

      This job is not for the people who want to work and hustle. Too slow of paced...Lack of work, hard to say if everyone is actually working. This organization leadership and ideas comes from the rear, not from the head. Creates a bias, walk on eggshells and throw under the bus environment.
