      Flexible hours, good benefits package, guaranteed paid federal holidays off, floating vacation days, communicative management

      Sometimes tasks need to be approved by several levels of management, and this can extend the amount of time it takes to get things done.

      Great benefits, doing good work in the community, great ideas, good employees, knowledgeable employees who know how to do their jobs well

      Cons

      Bad middle management with no knowledge of basic business skills like budgeting, Company used to be more family oriented and closer knit, company has in the past few years become too corporate minded.
