Pros

The legacy product is really bad and they are working on a new version with a good architecture and technology. The engineering team is very friendly and they are always willing to help each other.

Cons

Many key players left the company because of the way Engineering is managed and now the company has lost most of the know how. Servers crash every day and you have to be there to fix them. Since the board fired the founder and CEO ~3 yrs ago, 2 other CEOs and 2 CFOs came and left.
