I think QLess as a great future, and it is going through a period of explosive growth right now.
Pros
1) It doesn't matter if you are sales, programing, or whatever you are part of team that works together here. And I mean that in a good way, as in we share info both ways and respect each others time. 2) We have solid product that really is revolutionary. Check out demo.qless.com if you want to see what a web based queue solution that allows customers to wait where ever via their cell phone does. 3) You get to work from home, and you can be from anywhere in the world. 4) Salaries are competitive, and there are TONS of opportunities to grow in the company. Also QLess offers HMO's and 80/20 PPOs, with vision and dental, as well as a 401K. The rates are good of all insurance packages. 5) This has to be the best environment to work in, I have found. There is no water cooler gossip about any HR issues. All issues are worked out in a way that protects the staff's privacy if there is a HR issue, and all reviews and such are based on your actual performance.
Cons
That explosive growth means for now there is plenty of work to go around, and in the short term you may be a bit overwhelmed. However I see this as temporary, and it is the only reason I did not give QLess 5 starts.
