Good technology, but poor support and below-average benefits

Pros

The company works with good technology and reputed customers, which can give exposure to interesting projects.

Cons

There is very little collaboration within teams, and almost no willingness to help new joiners. Proper training is missing, so newcomers are left to figure things out on their own. There are no welcome gifts or benefits for new employees, which makes the onboarding experience feel dull and unwelcoming. The benefits offered in Qlik India are below average compared to what employees receive in other countries, leading to a sense of inequality and dissatisfaction.

Micromanagement and No WLB

Pros

Hybrid/Remote Work is only one benefit I can think of!

Cons

One of the main challenges has been the level of micromanagement! Sprint tasks are closely monitored and very frequent check-in's everyday making it difficult to focus and deliver work independently. Also, the overall workload and constant urgency contribute to high work pressure. No WLB!! Reviews are taken but no improvement seen.

Just work and they will pay your salary, nothing else. No festival goodies/ bonus, work anniversary goodies/bonus or anything else than your salary Rotational shifts
