- Strong people culture. People come together and collaborate well. - Great company values, recognition, and people benefits such as medical and other facilities. - Lot of freedom to try out your ideas if you are willing to innovate. - Strong customer base and recurring business (which is usually tough under current market scenario) - Good management and leadership for most functions. - Strong ethics and a high degree of professionalism in most cases

Cons

- New business can be challenging due to market saturation in the Analytics domain, which requires a significant amount of effort for new sale. - Given the tough business environment, career growth may slow down in some cases if you are not enterprising and innovative. - Compensation may not be competitive for high performers as compared to a comparable high end Saas company.

COO has an inner circle that are always protected and promoted. Which leads to great people/leaders leaving the org for different opportunities internally or externally.

I've only been at Qlik for a little over a year but I can genuinely say that this has already been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The work I do not only inspires me but also allows me to collaborate with an incredibly talented and dedicated team. The culture here is supportive and innovative, which encourages everyone to share ideas and push the boundaries of design. I appreciate how management values our input and fosters an environment where creativity flourishes. If you're looking for a place where you can thrive professionally while being part of a collaborative and motivated team, I cannot recommend Qlik enough.
