Private insurance, Restaurant card, Competitive salary. The company treats their employees fairly and gives everyone a chance to succeed.

Cons

The management is very focused on achieving results yesterday. Still, it is not very good at receiving constructive feedback and implementing the necessary changes to enable their employees to perform their jobs effectively.

No real vision or clear path on how to succeed Tools not fit for purpose or there to help with targets Teams are fragmented and not working together No clear path for career development
