Qlik has a unique culture which is built off their core values, this approach enables everyone to be successful in their role. It also strongly encourages team work for results. Strong platform platform positioning & customer references Open door policy from management

Cons

No major con's Slight level of uncertainty over recent acquisition and whether this will have a direct impact on the core values of the company

Pros

Management is strong and the product does exactly what it is designed to do. Semi- Quick time to market. Very fast

Cons

Poor team leadership. Cost is in not in line with current solutions in the market place. The self service model do not exist. Extremely developer centric.

Cons

* Management have their favourites and hand out preferential treatment * No career development available unless you are management * exceptionally high turnover * targets are non achievable unless you are one of the "chosen" ones * UK business has completely lost touch with its employees * Completely lost touch with its core values and staff morale low * Great deal of uncertainty with new buy out
