      Pros and cons of Qlik

      Pros

      The software itself is a great product. Never worked at a company with so many happy customers.

      Cons

      Company has recently been acquired. Many cost saving actions were taken to improve profitability at the expense of the reps. A confused, complicated comp plan making the OTE pretty much unattainable. Management is hopeless and there has been a very visible shift to employee focused to being beholden to shareholders.

      Pros

      Ability to work on new projects and provide input on process improvements makes team work more interesting. The company in Radnor provides tons of free food and snacks.

      Cons

      Executive management will never be seen anywhere, ever! America's shared services argues unprofessionally constantly and not even HR will address it. HR is a giant joke among everyone. Turnover is insane, the company is getting bought out from public to private, do yourself a favor and stay away from Qlik.
