Pros

For 3 years in a row, Qlik has been named one of the Top Employers in Ottawa by Canada's Top Employer Competition. I am very proud to be part of a company that strives to set the bar high to meet employee expectations.

Cons

There is some funding for travel so some teams can connect in person with their globally dispersed teams, but it would be nice to see more money spent on travel so more teams can do this.

Product portfolio continues to evolve and grow inorganically and organically; strong leadership and company culture; leader in Gartner MQ across all portfolio categories

Cons

Lack of brand recognition in the market as Qlik competes with big names but active efforts by our marketing organization to improve this
