      lots of management level changes

      Pros

      Good company. Good product strategy to the Cloud in Data Integration and Data Analytics.

      Cons

      For some reason, there has need several management level executives who had left the company in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023. Not a good sign. Lots of confusion.

      Pros

      Flexibility in general for technical positions. Some teams are amazing and most of my team has been together for 10+ years. My specialty area has been growing like crazy.

      Cons

      2022 sales commissions were a joke. Went from 2 years 200%+ to barely 100% this year. I had no locked in target until June with little communication other than excuses. We are expected to sell with almost no marketing dollars or development dollars behind some of our best selling endpoints.
