      -Marketing strategy and technology is 3-5 years behind their biggest competitions -Resistant to new ideas from those not in management or politically connected -Marketing team is severely understaffed for scople of projects.

      Pros

      Qlik is a company that takes excellent care of its employees and is a great place to work. The company offers very good benefits, competitive salary and a flexible work environment which enables people to work hard while still maintaining commitments to family. Everyone performs at very high levels individually, while also being supportive team-players. Management keeps you on your toes but is also very transparent, supportive, realistic and fair. I really enjoy being a part of the Qlik team and look forward to helping the company grow.
