      Pros

      Strong company internal network and support, great spirit and mindset stemming from the Swedish roots. Strong emphasis on education on Qlik tools, great learning opportunities, Strong product portfolio with End to End Data Analytics and AI platform - which is great for a big marketshare Freedom to chart own solutions for company and customer and implement them successfully.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management could be more transparent Some legacy processes still in place and slow to change

      A great place to be

      Pros

      Qlik is a constantly evolving company with great opportunities to grow, not just up the ladder but across different areas. I know, AI, everyone's talking about it now days, but the strategy in adopting AI to support the business is where I believe Qlik is spot on, not only internally but especially in the offerings. The people here make a huge difference. It's a fun, inclusive team where everyone’s ready to help, and that makes tackling even tough days a lot easier. I'm truly grateful to be part of this journey.

      Cons

      Because the company operates in a fast-moving space, change happens quickly. That can sometimes lead to things feeling a bit unclear or unstructured, which can be stressful. That said, I do feel the company makes a real effort to support employees through it.
