Pay was good while it lasted.

Cons

I was recruited from my previous employer with stories of greatness, but it was a mirage. I was laid off just over a year. It was truly the worst decision I have made in my life. Most employees have a low opinion of management. It’s chaotic and I would warn against working here.

Up to date CAE and lab equipment

Cons

Over 50's are the first get laid off in any down sizing. As a group they tend to have more experience, AND, higher paychecks. And they are more expensive to cover for healthcare under Obamacare regulation

Fast paced. Good entry into the high tech arena. Small company environment feels more like a family. Global operations means diversity and potential growth.

Cons

Recent layoff of multiple positions signals a lot of change. Seems focused at the headquarters meaning you need to consider living in that region for senior positions at HQ.
