After a few years, the "merger of equals" is clearly an acquisition. For an international company, it is amazing how everything must be in Greensboro to function. GSO is not a hot bed of talent and it's clear that if you already live there your job is infinitely safe. There is a very incestuous nature to GSO with conflicts of interest across management with employees where intelligence and alternative opinions are not valued, only blind loyalty. Previous reviews have noted that TriQuint was failing but it is actually the TriQuint filter technology that is the future of Qorvo and has provided all the growth. It's sad to know that had the merger just delayed a quarter or two, Qorvo would be a much different company.

- Won't fire you until investors are thoroughly screwed up - Stupid management with mere Bachelor's degrees from unknown third-class schools, easily manipulateable - Always free time to do whatever you want to do (study, practice, career building), hardly any projects to work on - Doing mistakes, even major screw ups, won't cost you nothing except perhaps you get more closer to Sr. Management, if any

- Management is pigheaded, won't listen to any of your requests - Bad culture of seniors hiding information for job security and promotion benefits - Continuous non-stop tussle between TriQuint 'hyenas' and RFMD 'bulls' - Management won't help you achieve your career goals so that you keep doing drudgery work, good to not identify your career goals
