Good people to work with. Not alot of drama in the fab.

Cons

To many layoffs, you don't know from year to year if you have a job. Remember the family oriented clause in their statements. Remember the people that help make the company what it is today.

Good PTO, amazing benefits, excellent team work

Cons

Poor pay practice in the fab especially new hires, be a hard worker but no advancement, if opportunity arises, management can offset your chances in obtaining the opportunity or threaten your employment thru termination
