      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, working compressed shift allows for half the week off.

      Cons

      Management micro-manages, small raises for hard workers. If you aren't related to management or friends with them before working their I wouldn't expect to get anywhere.

      -lots of PTO -401k and healthcare -fair starting salary

      Cons

      -Toxic corporate culture. They care more about LEAN and pleasing the corporate gods than anything else. Not much sense of family or care for the individual. Layers and layers and layers of management.

      PTO, location, some good people throughout facility, management put a lot of emphasis in overloading the factory for customer demand.

      Cons

      MGMT buy in does not exist! Every decision was based on money, not people executing plan. Management emphasis on overloading facility with equipment has com promised several safety factors
