      Great company to work for if you are a man.

      If you are a woman, you will make less money than your male counterparts even if the woman has more experience.

      Pros

      There are some great people you get to work with. I loved the people I worked with at Qorvo.

      Cons

      Management - They have no clue what they need to do. Business Processes - Their systems are outdated, difficult to use and add a lot of unnecessary work while ignoring some critical processes.

      Pros

      You get to work 3-4 fats a week & the benefits are good.

      Cons

      They make you feel like you can’t call in to work when you’re sick, as if you call in your position will be in jeopardy, especially if it’s on a weekend! There’s also not a lot of room for promotion, & the managers looked stressed!
