      Pros

      You get a lot of exercise from standing on a hard tile floor in front of a tool for 10+ hours per day.

      Cons

      Meeting production goals is the only thing management cares about. They see employees as commodities to be purchased at the lowest price possible and are willing to use them up in order to achieve their numbers.
