Work environment is clean, safe, and friendly for the most part. Very few exceptions. There are opportunities for advancement, frequent bonuses, and pay raises based on performance.

Cons

Everything is political. Favoritism is shown. Frequent layoffs. The company is losing the value it once placed in it's employees.
