Pros

Very diverse workforce (both in culture and age) of highly motivated and intelligent professionals. Many opportunities to learn and contribute to state-of-the-art RF modules for mobile and infrastructure/defense applications.

Cons

Qorvo formed from the merger of TriQuint (Hillsboro) and RFMD (Greensboro, N.C.) in 2015. Corporate headquarters now reside in Greensboro making Hillsboro a satellite site with diminishing control over future role in company.

Pros

Decent people to work with allowing you to build some learn many techniques in the industry. Recommended as a starter job, not a career to stay with/at.

Cons

Not the greatest pay/benefits package compared to other companies. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Only a few people doing more than their share of the work, while others just walking around collecting a paycheck. Absolutely not fair to those staying late.
