Pros

Strong focus on developing latest technology for wireless communication. Competitive salary with very good benefits. Engineering work force has good experience and initiative to complete projects, deliver products per customer requirements.

Cons

As the company has grown, with mergers and acquisitions, communication becomes more complicated. It takes extra effort to stay connected with key personnel, and to keep projects moving forward. Making the effort pays off, and this is a common challenge with today's business landscape.

PTO and the people are great to work with. High energy environment and lots of action. Upper management is great. Recommend highly this company to future design engineers.

Cons

Can be a nigh stress environment with a lot of work after hours. Long hours and sometimes weekend hours. Military influenced behavior in some departments
