      Pros

      Qorvo gives very generous vacation and depending on your group/dept./team, good work life balance can exist.

      Cons

      Moral is low in many teams. Salary is low. Bonuses and stock options are low, especially after the merger. Work life balance is slowly getting worse by the quarter. Soon the low compensation will not be worth it. After the merger, mostly recent college graduates willing to put in absurd hours for little pay have been hired.

      Decent Pay, Average Benefits, Perks here and there, compressed work week.

      Cons

      Homophobic remarks openly made in the work environment, unprofessional engineering management, I was absolutely stunned about how far in the past the management is.

      Breaks are uninterrupted. Management isn't harsh.

      Cons

      Everyone quit and went elsewhere, because everyone is paying more than qorvo. Hardly enough training and expertise. There are very few people that are knowledgeable and can provide adequate training. Resources are hard to come by.
