Honestly, I struggled to find anything positive about working here.

Cons

This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for. Management is disorganized, communication is poor, and the work environment is extremly toxic. I would strongly advise against joining Qt.

Management lacks clear direction, and internal communication is often fragmented. There’s a lot of bureaucracy that slows down development, and work-life balance can be a struggle depending on the team.
