Pros

Nice office location, no other pro’s

Cons

As an ex-sales employee at Qt Group, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others understand the reality of working here. The company's approach to customer relationships is nothing short of exploitative. Customers are essentially blackmailed into expanding their business with no genuine support after they sign the contracts. Once a customer is on board, they are left to figure things out on their own, with no help in understanding the products or learning how to use them effectively. The nonexistent support net leaves customers frustrated, and it’s no surprise many churn shortly after. Don't even bother trying to raise customer issues with R&D—they flat out do not listen. The only excuse you hear is that there aren’t enough resources. Ironically, they have resources to hire more salespeople, but never enough developers to make a functional product. The entire sales structure feels like it's been designed by incompetent management, and instead of teamwork, you're stuck in constant internal fights over commission splits, which are worse than dealing with a schizophrenic argument. It’s chaotic. Instead of focusing on meaningful goals, you spend more time chasing useless OKRs like tracking the number of calls made per week, which have zero impact on actual results. Customer retention is abysmal, and once a customer signs, they’re forgotten about. Renewals are purely focused on hitting their quotas, not on ensuring customers are happy or successful. Avoid working here if you value genuine customer success or a supportive sales culture.

Pros

Good colleagues and a reasonable salary

Cons

Leadership management is tricky and toxic in APAC for the sales side—a negative campaign. It's probably good for engineers.
