Pros

We start with 15 vacation days, 11 holidays (which become floating if it lands on a weekend). The insurance is good and includes teletherapy. Weekly payperiods. You work with Fortune 100 clients.

Cons

If you work onsite for a client it's hard to know the growth map within Quad of you want career growth.
