      Pros

      Good insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). 401k match. Opportunity for overtime comes and goes. Warm place to work in the winter.

      Cons

      Inhumane conditions in summertime. Keeping doors closed to keep people inside (they claim safety as a reason) is more important than offering a bit of ventilation. Opportunities to move up or into another area are held 'close to the vest' ... ie...job not posted then that certain someone happens to get another position. It's happened more than once in this location. (Effingham)

      Pros

      If you like long hours and low pay this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Too many to count. Industry is dying out, QG is trying to stay afloat, long term employees are like zombies, pay is below market, HR leadership is poor and not an agent for positive change. Too many gang bangers, druggies in production positions.

      If you are working for a company that Quad purchases, run as fast as you can. You will need to re-interview for your job, and whatever you're currently being paid, subtract 15-20% with the possibility of being let go in the next few months anyways.
