      Pros

      I can't really express too many pros for anyone under the age of 45. There are no opportunities for advancement, little to no pay increases, and the take away more benefits than they give. Working for Quad Graphics would set you behind in life and give little to know skills that can transition to the modern world.

      Cons

      Dated technology, lack of leadership, lack of opportunity, low pay, and bad hours.

      Overtime when you want it

      Cons

      You have to be in "the cool crowd" to be treated like a person. The rules don't apply to them. Cell phones are in abundance and they're all on 'em. They don't do much for the bad attitudes. Pressmen throwing stuff, risking their crew. Pay doesn't come with promotion. Lack of proper breaks for certain positions, against employment laws. Lack of teamwork.

      Pros

      Good location. Fair pay. Figure-it-out on your own. No-lunch culture. Nose to the grind-stone, and go!

      Cons

      Cultivated culture of bullying and abuse from top sellers. Beware, Not what they appear to be. No true playbook of support structure. Dress code--battle armor. Note-Observe how all staff is treated, and acts.
