Cons

Company uniform for all employees, regardless of what your responsibilities are. Heavy handed approach to tradition - Installed popcorn machines in every lobby of their acquired companies because that was what Harry had in the original QG, but they are not to be used - for show only! If you aren't in WI, you are very much a second-tier employee

Co-workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and generally hard working.

Cons

Inept management. No pay raises for those who deserve it. Health care coverage is laughable. Company relies on temp workers to much. Quads core values do not exist for non legacy plants (not sure if they exist anywhere). Company rewards the brown-nosers and ignores the hard workers.

When it was Quebecor it was better, Quad came in and took advantage of a bad situation and made worse!!!

Pros

Working side by side with some good people, salary and hourly until Quad got there.

Cons

If you were not part of the original Quad legacy plants you were doomed, they took the work from Quebecor and moved it to Quad. Then shoved the 12-hour a day work schedule onto their new staff and are currently squeezing the life out the employees. Also management like to sneak around just looking for something to write you up on instead of being a helpful hand, they just a big brother watching for a mistake to stab you with. Unacceptable for a big company.
