Not the company they used to be!

Pros

Great employee programs, training, decent benefits, family holiday and summer parties, 401k contributions, profit sharing.

Cons

If you're not one of the original Quad employees (prior to the Worldcolor acquisition) making inroads and becoming part of the team is tough. You'll always be an outsider. You'll report to a leader that is remote, not your local plant leader. Culture is very "cult" like, kind of strange. Most plants acquired that aren't the original Quad plants are either closed, being closed, or will be closed. The company has eliminated a lot of strong printing talent rather than finding ways to repurpose and hold onto that talent - their loss.

Pros

Is there any??? Anybody??? Hello???

Cons

I already can see that this company is a joke. This place is going to be a waste of my time. They just bought this company that they have no idea what they are getting into. Quad is already trying to push they're "religon" on us. All we are are a bunch of mindless robots to them. Good luck to all of the former Vertis employees. Lets hope the job market starts to open up soon so we can get out of the "Quad Religon"
