401k and Health Insurance is good and OT pay is good along with paid Holiday pay

Cons

Every winter I get sick from some cold virus that goes around the Sussex plant. Antibiotics and Sinus Infection plus mandatory OT and forced rotating night shift for what 0.75 I didn't want to work nights so it's forced on you

Convenient location tenured knowledgeable employees.

Cons

This location was acquired by Quad as a result they are not open to processes and procedures that are not their own even if proven winners.Very swim lane oriented. Driving theme doing more with less including training and compensation. Lots of work moving to Poland and qualified long term employees losing their jobs.

Pros

Great pay as temp to hire. Good people. Great advancement chances. Gives felons a new chance.

Cons

The company changed its policy and now a conviction on a lesser level or even a theft within so many years cannot be considered for employment. Please let people have a fighting chance. I was four days from crissing over directly. And got laid off. Lots of crappy attitudes with operators and supervisors. Not much positive feedback on the job you're doing.
