Pros
There simply isn't many - make sure that you talk to several people that have experience with this company before you take the leap and quit your job to go there.
Cons
The philosophy of any acquisitions of Quad Graphics is to gut it from the inside out - using up the employees that came with the acquisition. They will lie to you and tell you that they are keeping you and most of your co-workers, but you slowly realize that isn't the case. You will be worked, ridiculed and given no choice but to quit - so they don't won't apply for unemployment. Don't drink the blue koolaid- save yourself and get another job - before the push you out.
