Job is interesting and will challenging you to be the best you can be. With lots of room to grow keeping up with technology

Cons

To many stupid program to try make you lose focus on your job. To many hoops to jump through. There is always something that management can use as an excuse to cut you down. No way to please them. They don't have a Handel on how to help people develop.

There are really no pros to working at Quad/Graphics any more. It used to be a good company to work for.

Cons

It used to be a good industry and a good company to work for. Now, with the digital age, it is a dying industry. Working conditions are like a sweat shop. They work you in positions 1 or 2 levels higher than you are being paid for and tell you there are no openings. Things are only going to get worse until the commercial print industry goes belly up.

I started at Quad a few weeks ago and have found that everything I was told about the company and my position is 100% true! I work hard as well as listen and ask questions regarding how to improve myself and have found that everyone has been very helpful and patient showing me how things work. I've been in the work-place for many years and believe its a rare quality to find a company so willing to pull the "new guy" up instead of using him as cattle fodder. If you're looking for work with the opportunity to advance, I highly recommend investigating Quad/Graphics!

Cons

I have no negatives about Quad. Its work! If you've looking for a career and a place to earn a healthy living, this place offers that!
