Pros

Burning lots of calories from standing/walking/moving constantly!

Cons

You will work 12-hour days 3 to 4 days a week, with mandatory overtime 1 day a week. And the mandatory overtime is on-call, so you find out 3 hours before your shift if you have to work or not. It's awful. Your hands and body will definitely be feeling this job also, it's not easy work. The employees don't get paid enough for what they do. Also, the uniforms are so uncomfortable.

Pros

The culture is very relaxed, very open to asking questions. The benefits are very good, very reasonable, but very poor if you have a long commute.

Cons

Other departments seem to look down upon others. Very little room for advancement, though they promote their hire within policy early and often.
