Navigating scattered and siloed aspects can indeed be challenging. Having conversations with your managers to create effective strategies to develop better collaboration and cohesion across teams can be beneficial.

Not micromanaged Fair compensation Good benefits Good work/life balance Challenging, interesting work Potential for growth

Cons

Recent expansion means more red tape to get salary adjustments, etc. Everyone is remote, so little to no contact with colleagues outside of email/Teams. Travel has stopped since Covid.

Pros

This is a good place to work if you dont like to think. You oly will need to follow instructions and pretend to be working

Cons

At Quadient nobody likes to hear what the employee thinks, feels or wants. They only care about billable hours even if its deliveries are with poor quality. To be succesful in this company, you don't need to performe a quality job, you need to be friend of the highest levels.
