I have been at Quadient CXM a little more than 3 years now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The culture here is strong and we have leaders who are passionate about what they do. There is always open and frequent communication about what is going on with the company and it is a fun place to work.

Cons

It is a busy and fast paced environment which I like but may not be for others.

Nice collective - at least in my apartment

Bad salary in contract to the competition - especially these days when it is possible to work remotely for other companies located in Prague for example.
