Great people to work with. Great product, which makes the difference in AR world. Supportive and friendly atmosphere, I can see the opportunities for my growth and professional development.

Cons

The company keeps growing (which is amazing) and it's quite challenging to find the right people.

Pros

The sales team gets a lot of recognition in the company, the managers are generally really good, the company as a whole do have a lot of support for their employees and are willing to support what they can in your personal improvement or ventures.

Cons

Field service. admin or anyone even remotely support based are forgotten and rarely receive recognition, there are very little promotion or progression opportunities in these areas and teams are constantly restructured everywhere else in the business - there's a lot of uncertainty in the company.
