We continually review the market to ensure our salaries are competitive, however I will pass on your concerns to local HR. Thank you again for your feedback.

thank you. Your comments - both positive and negative - are appreciated. It is true that we have many projects on the go, which is compounded by the current pandemic and the integration work, however, our ability to work from home and across geographies is improving. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

A job is a job at this time. Teammates can be quite friendly and open. There are good people in this company, they are just in a impossible position. you work 9 - 5 and nobody expects you to do any work after 5pm, giving you plenty of time for family etc. - This is optional though and you can work overtime (unpaid of course) in your own time if needs be.

Cons

Dreadful communication throughout company Salary/commission uncompetitive when compared to other sales roles. Every boss has a boss who sets unrealistic demands and strategies, so the company is incredibly siloed and takes no feedback from Sales Representatives seriously. Strategy has not changed since the pandemic and the company has suffered immensely because of this. Marketing strategy is the same. Also you are sold a lie as a SDR when joining, as you have no growth opportunities within the business and the company seems to get off on paying you as little as possible and demanding as much as possible. On asking for a payrise after overachieving and given an unpaid promotion I was told I would be 'laughed out the room' if my manager was to formally ask for this. I was not told my commission amount on a deal deliberately for 8 months. When I finally found out it was essentially nothing and not what was alluded to me when I took the much harder job. The company was far to late to transitioning to hybrid mail from hardware and is uncompetitive in this market, meaning share prices are only going to go down with revenues in the future. Quadient constantly talk about their values and the 'Quadient Family' but this is a complete façade.
