Sweatshop with poor management

Really are not any. It’s a hourly job with high turnover as Employees are treated like slaves.

Cons

Terrible company and location. Barely holding on and Memphis facility is bleeding money. Dirty warehouse conditions with poor management morale is very low as pay is low and management is laughable. Mostly hourly warehouse workers and filthy conditions.

Safety of our employees is a major concern of ours. Our Memphis facility was located in an undesirable area. We have since moved to a much better location. As a current employee with Quadient, you are aware that we pride ourselves on providing a healthy work environment for all our employees with fair pay, good career opportunities and a solid management team. It is true that we currently have lower brand recognition due to our name change last year. We've also recently launched a comprehensive Inclusion and Diversity policy and 4 new Empowered Community groups to help support our Inclusion initiatives. With these and other new initiatives, I expect we will be seeing a positive change for all of Quadient's diversity initiatives. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
