Pros

Great Hours and Benefits pay is fair

Cons

Poor management, not a good work to life balance. They say it is and you do have time off but if you use it and fall behind on numbers because they do not account for it, they scrutinize you horribly. You are treated as if you are in jail. The quotas are not in line with what they have available to call and if you figure out a way to hit quota they try to shut it down.

Pros

Leading edge technology, leadership that is passionate about the company and the people who work here.

Cons

Onboarding process has room for improvement but as leadership does here, they just invested and hired resources to fix this issue.
