Pay is great , get to work remote.

Cons

No pay raise, micro managers, high overturn, not the company it use to be.

Pay Leaders willing to help Great vision for the future of the company.

Cons

Onboarding is nonexistent. Nepotism runs rampant. No documented path for upward mobility/growth. When you succeed, many will be there to attempt, typically successfully, to take credit ($) for the sale.
