People here are 100% committed to customers - understanding how they are benefitting from our solutions and creating new software to meet their current and future requirements. The atmosphere is very positive, and people work together well across departments and internationally as well.

Cons

As the business grows, it is becoming more complex and requires more time spent collaborating with others to do things well.

Constantly looking to grow the business, focus on growing employees internally, great programs with a focus on fitness and community. Management team is inclusive and friendly. Updating work environment to a more modern collaborative work space, fitness center, cafeteria and game room onsite.
