Benefits are good. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Base salary is terrible, unless your a high school grad. Pie in the sky opportunity of things that can happen for you, won't. Territories are already cherry picked by senior reps who know the industry. You're left to go find the scraps. Most reps last a year before they jump ship or get let go because the quota is unattainable off of the limited number of accounts you get, and the scraps you need to find to get there. Hiring manager is a good salesmen during the hiring process, and very convincing that you can do well. Run, don't walk from this opportunity. I wish a post like this was up before I signed up.

- Direct management is great and truly cares about their team and will go to bat for you. - Interview process was fairly easy and quick, consisting of 3 rounds of interviews.

Cons

- HR/ Payroll does not care about you or any mistakes they make that may effect you. If you try to address any issues they will ignore you if the conversation is not going how they want. - Higher up management is very out of touch and asks things of employees that are not realistic. - Compensation for lower level employees needs to be brought to the 21st century. While management gets paid a higher than average salary.

not too much - a few decent managers but they usually dont stay

Cons

the managers are awful and they will stab the reps in the back to save their own. the commissions are not fair and the pricing compared to the competition is out of synch.
