Thank you for your input on your experiences at Quadient. At Quadient, we try to maintain a good balance between work and home life while continuing to develop our employees' skills. You've outlined in your cons your experiences with Quadient's planning process. Although we carefully plan and invest in new products and applications and hire with the best of intentions, we did have a recent change in direction for one of our strategic initiatives. Unfortunately, it had a negative impact on your personal situation. It is never our intention to set up any employee for failure. Again, thank you for your honesty and providing us with this feedback. Should you have any further comments, please don't hesitate to contact us at employeeexperience@quadient.com.

Pros

Great Technology for print communications.

Cons

Arrogance. Legacy strategy assuming that companies will utilize one platform for all customer communications. Very low actual utilization of digital communications by any enterprise users. Yet management points to numerous customers who purchased capabilities at time of sale however management views sale as success NOT whether technology is truly benefiting their customers. but never Serious management issues, silo'd and disconnected organization. Market strategy and product development based on success achieved a decade ago and this quarters sale. Failure to recognize and base decisions on competitive challenges and changes in market. Great company if you work for the part of the org or teams who are currently "favored" or delivering quarterl results.

Pros

When you are hired, they act like everything is rosy. Seems like a positive culture. They tell you there are opportunities to advance.

Cons

No real training. They teach you to navigate the systems, then throw you on the phones with no clue. You are then graded on your calls just like someone who knows the job. If you make a mistake on a call, they pull that call, to grade you on. It isn't random. Seniority is not considered. Shifts are based on call quality. Or so they tell you. They do what they want. The managers speak thru both sides of their mouth. They promise things, then blame needs of the business when they cannot fulfill. This is often. They smile and are friendly, you just cannot trust them.
