Good Products - Good Colleagues - Terrible management

Good Products, The Product Marketing managers are smart and nice, The R&D and Presales Guys are very helpful and nice. Meet very good colleagues there and now friends.

Cons

The management is crazy stupid. if have seen a full turnover of the sales rep team 2 times in my 4 years. All of the sales rep got fired for unsatisfying results. they ALL master and shine the job after. we have colleagues that become friends because we have to survive against madness which helps people getting close: one common enemy. They are disrespectful with Diseased people.

Management is insane about micromanaging employees and talking badly about other employees TO employees! It’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.
