Thanks for leaving a review. We believe that with the option of remote work and not micromanaging the team we can build a culture of trust, empowerment, and autonomy which can lead to creativity, job satisfaction, and productivity. It benefits both employees and managers by fostering positive and trusting relationships and contributes to the overall success of the individual and the company. We also want everyone to grow and thrive in their careers at Quadient. We do encourage our employees to visit our careers page for new opportunities as well as speaking with the manager about career paths, learning and development.

Pros

Good managers willing to help when they can, it’s a declining industry so ultimately the business is slowing down but they have ventured out to other markets like parcel lockers but the mailing industry is rapidly declining, managers so listen but very limited with what they can do themselves good back office departments, Car allowance

Cons

Limited career progression, low base pay, expensive compared to market comparison and as the market is declining it gives the comp a massive edge over Quadient, targets are unrealistic.
