I am having an amazing experience! Quadient is where you want to be if you love being challenged to be your best in a safe environment. Great culture, fantastic resources, and a team that is truly passionate about what they do. Goals are clearly aligned with the corporate vision. The benefits are top notch and you have the security of a company that has been in business for almost 100 years.

Pros

- Good working vib, everyone I cross path is positive and helpful. - Awsome schedule, there is rooms for you to change schedule for your needs - This position is remotely so I can spend more time with my family - People don't talk about it enough, working at home means no commute in rush hour traffic and gas saving!!!

Cons

- Not the company but this position: you WILL get resident who will not even try to understand how our process work but just keep dumping their anger at you -This remote job include almost 100% solo work, so after finish training when you 1st start you may feel left out and overwhelming since there will not always be a lead available to help.
